The access to the relaxation area:
The relaxation area includes a swimming pool, a sauna, a steam room, a Jacuzzi and a fitness room.
It is open every day from 10.00 am to 7.45 pm (evacuation of the pool at 7.45 pm).
Cloakrooms are at your disposal.
We remind you that your children are under your responsibility
For the babies: a special hygienic diaper (waterproof) is compulsory to access the SPA area (for obvious hygienic reasons and for their own health: they are not allowed in the Jacuzzi)
The access to the Jacuzzi allowed from 14 years old
The access to the sauna, steam room and fitness room allowed from 16 years old
For more comfort swimsuits are on sale at the reception desk.
You can loan bathrobe and pool towels packs at the reception desk (see the complete list of the proposed services).
Included in the rental rate of your apartment:
- A cleaning kitchen pack will be provided on arrival. It is composed of:
- A cleaning pack with a sponge, dishwasher tablets for the week, 1 multipurpose degreaser 50 ml, a hand dish washing liquid 50 ml (Ecolabel certified products)
- 2 kitchen towels
- Hygienic paper (1 paper roll per WC) **
- Garbage bags **
- ** These products are provided only the day of your arrival, not for the complete duration of your stay
- Beds made on arrival (except the sofa-beds – bed linen are provided upon request), 1 big and 1 small towel per person and per week
- the end-of-stay cleaning subject to let your apartment in a satisfactory state of cleanliness (except the dishes and the kitchen area)
- 1 place offered per apartment in the inside car-park of the residence (valid for all bookings made directly via Santa Terra only)

The day of your departure:
For more comfort, we invite you to come at the reception desk the day before your departure.
The housekeeper will check your apartment after your departure
The apartment must be vacated at 10.00 am latest time.
The end-of-stay cleaning is included (except the cleaning of the kitchen area, the dishes, the garbage bags must be leaved in the outside containers)
Once the end-of-stay inventory has been completed by the housekeeper, thank you to come at the reception desk with your keys and the car-park remote. Then, we will cancel your deposit.

If you use a GPS, it is possible that it advise you to take “le col du Petit Saint Bernard” ou “le col de l'Iseran”.

then, D902 in the direction of Tignes Les Brévières.
